Vector art is most preferred for best reproduction! File types include AI, EPS, PDF, DXF. All text and objects MUST be converted to paths, outlines, or curves to preserve their appearance integrity.

Raster art accepted only if high resolution (300 ppi or higher). File types include JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, GIF. Raster art recreation and/or vectorization may result in additional charges if art is complicated or small, and substitutions for original fonts may be required. 

Supply all Pantone PMS colors. If none are given, colors will be selected for you. Larger organizations typically have these colors in a branding guidebook.

The following are NOT acceptable artwork submissions: photos of business cards, images embedded in Powerpoint or Microsoft Word, low resolution raster based files.
